Measure at a Normal Temperature
Fingers can temporarily shrink when cold and swell when warm. Measure when your hands feel comfortably normal.
RING SIZE GUIDE
A well-fitting ring should pass comfortably over the knuckle and sit securely at the base of the finger. Use the tools below to measure a ring you already own, check your finger circumference, or compare our international size chart.
MEASURE AT HOME
Choose the method that suits you best. For a more reliable result, measure twice and compare your result with the size chart.
Place a standard credit or debit card against the screen. Move the slider until the on-screen card is exactly the same width as your physical card, then select Set Calibration.
Calibration required before measuring a ring.
MATCH THIS TO A STANDARD PAYMENT CARD
Place a ring that already fits the intended finger flat against the screen. Adjust the circle until its edge matches the inside edge of your ring.
ALIGN TO THE INNER EDGE OF YOUR RING
Wrap a narrow strip of paper or non-stretch string around the base of the finger. Mark where the ends meet, then measure that length in millimetres with a ruler.
Place a well-fitting ring on a ruler and measure straight across the widest part of the inside opening. Do not include the metal band in the measurement.
YOUR CLOSEST SIZE
This is a sizing estimate. If your measurement sits between two sizes, or you are choosing a wide band, contact us before ordering.
BEFORE YOU MEASURE
Fingers can temporarily shrink when cold and swell when warm. Measure when your hands feel comfortably normal.
Check your size at different times of day. If your measurements repeatedly fall between sizes, the larger size is usually more comfortable.
Wider bands generally feel more snug than delicate bands. Allow a little extra room when choosing a broad wedding band.
Your ring needs to pass over the knuckle while still sitting securely at the base of the finger.
INTERNATIONAL CONVERSION
Use the same conversion chart used across Ecophilia. If your measurement falls between two rows, choose the more comfortable fit and consider band width.

KEEPING IT A SURPRISE?
Choose a ring they already wear on the same finger and use our digital ring sizer or measure its inner diameter.
A close friend or family member may already know their size or can discreetly help you find out.
If you're choosing between two sizes, the larger size is generally the safer option for comfort. Contact us if you would like guidance before placing the order.
IMPORTANT TO KNOW
Some personalised and stone-set ring designs have limited resizing options. If you are unsure of the size, we recommend confirming it before your piece is made.
